Entrance Hall: stone floors with decorative motif. Spotlights or wall-lights. Letterbox units in conformity with French post-office standards are integrated into the decoration of the entrance hall or placed in a small purpose-built room.
Built-in kitchens: with floor and wall cupboard units, laminated wood surfaces. Electrical appliances including multi-function oven, 2 or 4 vitro-ceramic hot plate, recycled-air extractor unit, built-in fridge freezer and dishwasher, single or double bowl resin sink (according to size of apartment), layout as detailed in the plan established by the kitchen installer.
Heating & Air Conditioning: reversible air conditioning system will be installed in all rooms, providing a new standard of winter and summer comfort at economical rates all year round. Heating in the bathrooms and shower rooms will be by Acova towel-rail style radiators.
Landscaped areas: trees and bushes will be planted as detailed in plans drawn up by a landscape gardener: olive trees, camphor trees, parasol pines, cypresses, Canary palms, green oaks, cork oaks and Arbutus tree with berries.
Lawns and other grass areas as provided for in the landscape plan. The grounds are fully enclosed to ensure peace and security.
Security: Wooden doors with armoured reinforcement, on metal hinges with joints covered by wood mouldings and 5-bolt security locks and spy-hole. High-technology tele-security system with main control centre, automatic siren, detectors and control keyboards with ‘alert' key. Automatic double, wrought-iron gates to the park with a side gate for pedestrian access. Entry controlled by photo-electric cells, with flashing lights and opening by remote control. The residence and the lodge will be equipped with video surveillance. Videophone control for the pedestrian access side gate and for the external door to the entrance hall of each block.
Windows: lacquered aluminium frames, double-glazing, electric roller shutters centrally controlled from the entrance hall of the apartment.
Terraces: stainless steel balustrades, tiled terrace.
Floors: in the apartments the floors are in 40x40cm polished marble or stone slabs.
